All MyLight devices include a 60-day trial period, which means you have 60-days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any returns related questions at email@example.com.
2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will contact you about the payment method for your refund.
Any costs charged by parties other than Mychondria (shipping, customs fees, taxes, courier changes etc.) are non-refundable.
3. Warranty/Returns Policy
3.1 Warranty Returns
Mychondria will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within the warranty time frame (this information can be found on our website).
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Mychondria to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
3.2 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Mychondria will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and items are returned to us in original packaging and in the same condition you received them.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and the customer will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. Refund amount will be the amount of the product purchased, minus the shipping cost to send the item (including items marked with free shipping). We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
4. Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product, please post your product to: Nick Coetzee, 83 Firepool View, Taunton, TA1 1NY, United Kingdom. We ask that you inform us by email (email@example.com) of this before returning your product so we can make sure this is in fact the closest location to you, as well as expect your parcel.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
