I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome which causes severe pain throughout my body. When Inget up in the morning my joints hurt so much I am unable to do my morning tai chi routines. However, if I use my red light first on some of my more painful joints I am able to get moving faster and with much less pain. Absolutely love this red light. I have owned many other brands and none of them did anything to help me but this one does. Not to mention the customer service is incredible!

I had the max 1.0 with the bulky stand, but I upgraded to this more powerful device with the more minimal stand; it fits better in my space. I like using it on my shins to stimulate stem cell production. It also helps me have more restful sleep. These devices are built well and help me meet my wellness goals.

I seldom write online review but I decided to make an exception for Mychondria.
I’ve bought Midi 2.0 and it’s perfect. I can use it over my whole body to improve my immune system, sleep, etc. My sleep gets better after a week and I feel better when I use it during my period - I can just feel how it helps with my blood circulation and how I feel better :)
The best part is it only takes me like 5 to 10 minutes for the therapy and it is more than convenient..!! So glad to have Mychondria.

I thought about this for a while and compared with other products. I decided to go with Mychondria because of how great the service was. Darren helped me create all my protcols and I'm so happy I went with this device. The quality is great!
About a month in and I've used it realy consistently and only had to recharge the device once. The battery seems really good for such a powerful light. My skin seems to be improivong already.
There was a small delay with shipping, but already my skin is so much less red and I think the bags under my eyes are fading. Thanks for your great product!

I set up 4 max panels in my home gym and am very happy with it. I mounted them to the wall to save space. They worked flawlessly. The treatments have been fantastic.

I’m hooked! I first tried it on an aching shoulder, and I felt immediate relief after. I’ve continued that treatment almost every night before bed, and I’m now feeling like I can go back to swimming my 2500m workout after only two weeks of having that tendinitis flare. I went out of town last weekend and didn’t bring the device, but I sure missed it!
I’ve also started using it first thing in the morning combined with the green tea/face tip I read about in one of the newsletter emails. Basically, I brew a cup of green tea, use a cotton pad to cover my face with it, and sit in front of the device. It’s been a great way to wake up with the red light coming in through the eyes.

I've been using the MyLight MIDI red light therapy device for about 9 months and have been happy with it. I most often use it on my face, which has helped reduce bags and puffiness under the eyes when I don't get enough sleep from a stressful on-call 24/7 job.
I've also used it post-workout when I feel I've overstressed muscles. It really helps nicely with that. The line for height adjustment allows me to reach almost any point on my body I need to within the treatment distance.
Yesterday I woke up with pain in my neck that lasted all day, and it continued overnight into this morning, as much or worse than yesterday. Just 15 minutes ago I finished a red light session focusing on the painful area of my neck to see if it would help, and I can say the pain is fading away already. Hopefully with another treatment later and a good night's sleep it'll go away entirely.
And that reminds me, sleep is another thing the red light therapy helps with. I tend to sleep better and more deeply, as evidenced by my Apple Watch's sleep tracking, on nights when I've done red light therapy that day. When I forget or "don't have the time" I can absolutely see it in the sleep tracking statistics.
When I heard about red light therapy from a doctor in a Youtube post I became curious and wanted to try it as soon as possible having suffered a lot of health conditions especially during Covid pandemic. And so I wanted to buy something legit (even if expensive) as I know there are a lot of red light devices out there that are likely fake and potentially harmful. I'm glad I found Mychondria and I have no doubts about its quality. It's almost two months now since I started with MyLight MOVE. I try to bring it with me wherever I go since it's very portable and can easily fit in my bag. I often use it on my face and hair. I love my Max and Mychondria's customer service sets the standard! I'm on a long weekend road trip and missing my Max, it is the best thing for my aches & pains. This is a red light device that will not disapoint. I have purchased red light devices from other brands before, and Mychondria is in my opinion the best brand on the internet. There are many red light devices on sale on the internet, but there is a big scam around them and it can therefore be very tricky to find the right source.
The biggest sign that the device is fake, is that it is sold at a much lower price. These red light panels are miracle devices and the prices from Mychondria are fair prices. These devices are POWERFUL and you will notice effects of some kind from them almost emediately.
I bought the MOVE because of severe chronic tendinopathy in my left hand, along with sensory nerve damage that was causing me great discomfort ever since a trauma of my hand eight years ago. This after trying every other possible treatment, was the only thing that worked to dramatically reduce inflamation in my index finger and thumb, and promote fast regeneration of my tendon.
Another thing worth noting is that Mychondria has excellent customer service with fast delivery, which adds my contentment with this brand.
Absolutely love my MyLight MIDI. I’ve had it for about 4 years now and use mine every morning. I absolutely notice a difference in my energy levels when I don’t use it (especially on a cloudy day). If you care about your health and are on the fence, do it! You won’t regret it.

We set up our My Light Pro in the horizontal position in the guest room. The frame fits perfectly under the bed making it so handy and relaxing to just lay on the bed and let the lights do their thing 😉.
My husband and I are very active and healthy people. Unfortunately, the effects of aging are unavoidable. Just 20 minutes every day while relaxing/meditating under the lights has helped improve our skin health, raise energy levels, sleep quality, and recovery time after exercise.
