Returns & Warranties

All MyLight devices include a 60-day trial period, which means you have 60-days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at info@mychondria.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any returns related questions at info@mychondria.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will contact you about the payment method for your refund.

*Note: Any costs charged by parties other than Mychondria (shipping, customs fees, taxes, courier changes etc.) are non-refundable.

Warranty/Returns Policy
Mychondria will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within the warranty time frame. To start the process of a warranty claim, please email info@mychondria,com
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive*:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
*as each case presented is different, the options available here will be at the discretion of Mychondria.
1. Manufacturing Faults Warranty:
We guarantee our red light therapy devices to be free from manufacturing faults for a period of 10-years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that affect the performance or functionality of the product.
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective device at no cost to you. However, please note that this warranty policy does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized repairs, modifications made to the device, or general wear and tear of parts.
2. Wear and Tear Parts Warranty:
Certain components of our red light therapy devices are subject to regular wear and tear due to normal usage. Therefore, we offer a 3-year warranty for these parts, starting from the date of purchase. These parts include any accessories (stands, power cords, batteries (MyLight MOVE), charging cables (MyLight MOVE)). 
This warranty covers the replacement of such components if they become defective under normal use conditions.
3. Exclusions and Limitations:
a. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper handling, improper maintenance, theft, or failure to follow our product instructions and guidelines.

b. The warranty does not cover any accessories or parts not included with the original product purchase.

c. Any repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized personnel will void this warranty.

d. We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims if the product has been tampered with or if the claim does not fall within the defined warranty coverage.

Text Marketing and notifications
By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed 10 a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out.
